Our vision for the future of work is much more optimistic. Following the success of the 21 Jobs of the Future report, Cognizant's Center for the Future of Work extended its research to identify more opportunities in the 21 More Jobs of the Future.
Our overriding intention with both last year’s report and this latest version is to make the argument that there is a future of human work. In sum, we’ve now presented 42 jobs of the future. We could keep going and, in years to come, hopefully will. In conjunction with this year’s report, we’ve also created the Cognizant Jobs of the Future (CJoF) Index, which will quantify the scale and velocity of emerging new types of work on a quarterly basis.
